Toasted Sesame Edamame

Ingredients -
- 300 grams edamame (in pods)
- 4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
Instructions -
1. Boil the edamame in salted water for 4 minutes, then drain. Optionally, To stop the cooking and prefect the bite, dunk them in ice water.
2. Heat half the sesame oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the edamame and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown. Quickly stir in half the soy sauce to coat evenly before it evaporates. Remove from the pan and set aside. Repeat with the remaining sesame oil, edamame, and soy sauce. This ensures each batch is evenly cooked and flavored.
3. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and a dash of lemon juice. Serve these flavorful pods warm or at room temperature—perfect for getting the party started! Enjoy!
